Xavier Rudd
Aug. 3rd, 2006 02:35 amI know that taking time to go see a concert is probably the last thing I should have done, given that it's 2:30 and I'm still (yes, still) packing.
But Xavier Rudd is absolutely amazing — musically astounding, insanely physically coordinated, and possessing of much good spirit. If he's coming anywhere near you, do your best to go see him.
It was also one last chance to hang out with my lovely friend J, at the same venue where she and I first met up after meeting on a plane from Denver to San Diego. A nice closing of that circle — doubly so, since I only discovered Xavier because he opened for Melissa Ferrick, whom she introduced me to. :)
