Update, 2004-08-01 15:31: I should have made a point to indicate that this was a relatively happy "ow". Nothing serious has gone wrong, I just hit a "lifestyle is outpacing physique" moment when I got home last night. Yes, at 4.

The company end-of-summer party was a blast, and although I had a few margaritas (with nasty tequila in them, thus my headache and half the "ow"), I was the sober one at 3 when people needed rides ... opposite the way I was going to go normally. So after driving around North County for a while, without my glasses (which I lost at the party) and dropping people off, then the 45 minute drive home, I was pretty damned tired.

Add to that some fire juggling and lots of tussling in the pool (the other half of the "ow"), my body is a bit cranky with me today. Oh well, a shower and some yummy lunch should fix that in short order.
