The San Diego ColdFusion Users’ Group put together a nice even tonight: the “March Mingle”. Over a hundred geeks got together at the local Dave & Buster’s, and a good time was had by all.
It was really nice to see so many geeks of so many persuasions, just hanging out, talking shop, networking like mad, talking about jobs, trading war stories, and simply relaxing, knowing that we were surrounded by our own kind.
And yes, I was pleasantly shocked at the number of attractive female geeks that showed up. YAY.
